Yoga parties are fun, vibrant and fast-paced. Learn to stretch like a dog, balance like a flamingo, and be a lazy lion. The classes incorporate fun Yoga poses, Brain Gym, cooperative games and activities with the parachute. An hour of creative movement that kids of all ages love to take part in. At the end of the yoga session we relax with simple stories and visualizations and even a little back rub. When it's time for cake the kids are calm and relaxed.
